Blaze Ignite is a performance marketing agency that helps Shopify brands grow faster through smart store design, CRO, and full-funnel optimization.

We’re looking for a mid-level Shopify CRO & Implementation Specialist to own ongoing store optimization across multiple brands. This is not a junior VA role — and not a senior strategist role either. You’ll sit in that sweet spot: someone who knows what works, can move fast, and gets things done without waiting for permission.

What You'll Do:

• Implement monthly “store skin” refreshes for promos and seasons

• Execute CRO improvements (popups, upsells, cart edits, bundles)

• Configure loyalty programs and automation tools

• Handle metafields, minor theme edits, and campaign customizations

• Install & configure apps (Vitals, ReConvert, reviews, etc.)

• Build WhatsApp flows with tools like Interakt or Zoko

• Design clean Canva/AI graphics for banners and sections

• Write or update store copy for active promotions

• Conceptualize and run store-level campaigns end to end

What We're Looking For:

• Shopify theme experience + basic Liquid/JSON skills

• Deep understanding of CRO principles (clarity, urgency, friction)

• Confident with Shopify app stacks and integration logic

• Visual creation experience (Canva/AI tools)

• Clear communicator (Slack + Loom recordings)

• Self-driven, creative problem solver who doesn’t need hand-holding
